To keep our neighbors and guest secure Photo ID will be requested and required prior to check in. Please contact us for any issue, entry problem, maintenance problem or concerns. We are here 24/7 to address those for you. Please DO NOT ARM the security system. If you would like the system to be armed contact us first so that we can provide you with a disarm code thank you. There is a fee of $35.00 per hour if you hold over pass your check out time. The cleaners are scheduled to arrive at check out time if no prior arrangements have been agreed to. If our cleaning service schedule is delayed it impacts another guest from checking in on time. . Note: This is a 1-bedroom unit - 4 person max limit - no exceptions if there are more the 4 persons limit you will be charge a additional $75 per person no exception 1. Community quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am CST daily. Please respect these times and the residents that live here. 2. No parties, No events, no games nights or overnight guests without previous approval from your host. 3. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. If the police are called on you or I get a report of you violating any community rules there will be a $1,000 fine added to your account and immediate eviction with no refund. 4. If some thing breaks or gets damage please inform us so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair. 5. No glass in the gym, courtyard or pool. If you are found to be in violation the fine will be placed on my account and you will be responsible for reimbursement of the fine. The current violation fee is $250 per person. Pool/courtyard hours are from 10 am-7 pm 6. Please do not leave any food out that will attract pests. This unit is pest-free, we appreciate if you would help us keep it that way. I am responsible for any fines you might receive on property if you violate any of our community rules. Smoking inside the unit is a $250 FINE and is non-negotiable. 8. There is a Trash dumpster at the rear of the building. If you need to dispose of trash, you will need to take it to the trash dumpster. Do not leave trash in the unit upon departing or allow it to build up during your stay or you will be charged $50 for trash removal. 8. RETURN ALL KEYS and FOBs - There is an associated fee of $150.00 if any key, key card, key fob or parking pass is lost, stolen, or not returned. Thank you in advance for your compliance.

Getting around
We provide key card entry access parking available directly across the street from the unit in a parking garage. The best benefit to this unit is once you park everything is pretty much within walking distance. The trolley line is just steps away from the unit. The downtown area host convenience fun transport electric scooters and bikes also. I have some photos post of this fun convenience. We have arranged parking for our guest if needed.
